Management Trainee
SMART is a program aiming to accelerate the frontline leadership to fill in leadership gaps and pipeline; by acquiring and developing high potential participants through rotation, targeted learning intervention & coaching support

We will grow the business together. We want to see you lead as an EI Manager or Sales Office Manager after graduation.
Working Location: Nationwide (Before graduattion, rotate in different functions including fulfillment/EI/Sales in different locations)
Requirements:
- Master of Engineering or above
- Less than 3 years working experience
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Can work under pressure
- Teamwork spirit and willing to share
- Willing to take root in 2-3 tier cities
